I understand that these things take time and that we need to be patient, but this situation really can’t go on much longer.
Since October 18, it has been impossible to play the game properly. I was genuinely happy that the update finally went live today after such a long wait, but unfortunately, I’m getting error code 10020 right after the update.
I’ve followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, reinstalled the game, and confirmed my ethernet connection but the issue remains.
It’s very frustrating, especially since I purchased the game and didn’t get it through Xbox Game Pass.
I really hope the team can provide an official update with specific dates on when this will be fixed. Many of us are still unable to play, and clear communication would mean a lot at this point.
