The fling is useless, too. it takes up like 60% of the stam and doesn't go as far as how it was. I would rather for it to be removed and have heavy punches back to normal, I hate how unfamiliar the movement in controls are now

The thing is, nerfing heavy punching like this isn't even relevant to the fling stamina consumption or length. They probably did this because heavy punch was too powerful. I personally think not and it's my main method of ~~murder~~ playing the game like a normal sane human being but I guess some idiot out there didn't like it.

Made an account just to complain about the same thing. Such a small change made the game feel completely different for me, and all my excitement about the new event kind of just evaporated.

Igor I’m the same way I never really care/complain much about the updates they make. Even when they nuked the nunchucks I was like aw that sucks but didn’t really care because I barely use weapons. Now I’m so bummed because like you, punching was my way of winning. I really don’t even want to play anymore which is absolutely insane because I am ridiculously addicted to this game 😂 I’ve played almost every day I was available to since the game came out. If they don’t fix the punching I’ll most likely stop playing because the physics just don’t even feel like they make sense anymore. I told myself I could get used to it but my character just feels so heavy for no reason. This is what happens when they listen to all of the sore losers that complain literally just because they’re bad at the game. They’re going to end up losing players that actually like the game.

MrJoe most definitely. but the previous patch disabled fling, yet it didn't affect heavy punch or much else. we should have kept it like this, even if it means leaving some other holes unpatched

each time you see light punch, there should be heavy punch. i know how this game plays and i dont want to learn to play it any other way. this is not a small thing, and normal game modes remain unplayable

if combos remained to be banned, then a simple solution would be to return to the first patch after the announcement for banning combos. it didnt make physics worse

if combos are legalized now, then a simple solution is to revert all changes. i really don't understand why keep changing physics at this point, if everything is legal now
