Why? Because they use Asia or Europe servers through the game settings.
So, if you go to the game settings and switch to the Asia server, you will notice your ping improves and will be between 80 and 160 milliseconds.

Don’t ever expect them to add Arabic language support or a Middle East server.
The company is very small and not like the big game companies that support these features.
So forget about requesting this feature, and don’t hold false hope.
If they support anything, it will only be Asia or Europe servers.
They definitely won’t add a Middle East server.
Almost all Egyptian players use Asia or Europe servers, which is why their ping is good.
