Cheesypoofs I fail to see how that makes a difference. Outside of the forum, practically none of the playerbase know who you are so it wouldn't work in that sense anyway. And even on the forum, from what I've heard, you've done some malicious things which, again, from what I've heard, may have put the one who shall not be named down his villain arc. And either way, as has been said before multiple times in this thread, Kato is not an original character. He is a real dog owned by someone and therefore you need his permission before you make a skin of it, and considering practically no one knows who you are for positive reasons, you aren't getting that any time soon.
Also it doesn't matter if it's a new character or if it's just a skin, it still uses your design, it still uses your username, and it still represents you. Even if it's just a variant, it's still a skin for an actual person no one knows about and only has a skin because they told PA to make them one. Become a popular PA creator with your own original character, and then you have a chance to get a skin.
