Elena2023 you cant contact the developers directly. before @GrannyMax used to talk to us here. he is the CEO. now he no longer visits us, and the only way to pass messages to developers is through support. you can try to submit a ticket here:

choose the correlating category. you can contact support for more than just bug reports and game suggestions, but again, they are not developers and can only pass your questions to developers. additionally, if there's something serious and urgent, you can try to contact them via email:

no guarantee they will reply to you here, but you can try writing them. this method is not to be used regularly
