1. "I'm am unable to communicate cross-platform using voice chat!"

If you’re experiencing issues with voice chat not working between platforms, this may be due to a privacy setting that disables cross-platform communication. Follow the steps in this article to adjust your settings on Xbox or PlayStation to enable voice chat with players on other platforms.

2. "The animals I like rarely get new outfits, some have none at all. Why is that?"

Everyone has different favorite animals!
The reason new outfits for some aren’t as frequent might be due to that various data (purchase history, in-game usage and pick rate, past community votes, etc.) show these animals just... aren’t as popular. Since we have to prioritize production efficiently, we focus on outfits that more players want.
Remember to show your favorite animals some love in the game (and in future votes we may host)!

3. "Cabbage Dog made a return, what about Om Nom?"

We've received a lot of feedback about bringing Om Nom back. Thank you all for your love for this little guy!
We're happy to share that there's a high chance Om Nom will return! However, we can't guarantee the exact timing or details just yet.
If there are any other collaboration outfits you'd like to see return, we're always open to feedback!

4. "Why haven’t Justice Levi & Guard Snow or the Greek Gods Series returned? Are they permanently unavailable?"

Regarding the rerun of the Justice Levi & Guard Snow and Greek Gods series outfits, we can assure you that they will return!
However, we can't guarantee the exact timing, as these outfits are not tied to specific seasonal events, so their schedule is less fixed.
As soon as we have a confirmed date, we’ll let everyone know right away!

5. "Can the friend status display more information? I want to know how long they've been in a match."

Thank you for your suggestion! We're working on optimizing this feature, and the friend status will display more information in the future!

6. "Can SMASH and Nemo Kart support local multiplayer on the same screen?"

As we mentioned in Party Animals Player Q&A | Issue 1:
"Split-screen for these two modes requires significant optimization work, as the amount of resources to load is enormous! We might need our engineers to work some magic, but we'll keep an eye on this request for now."
In the near future, we will support 2-player split-screen for SMASH and Nemo Kart! (Looks like it’s time for our engineers to cast some serious optimization spells!)
Four player split-screen, on the other hand, is beyond performance limits right now.

7. "Is it really difficult to add an offline messaging feature? Why hasn't it been released after so long?"

Hang tight, it's almost here!

8. "Can you release some animal avatars? There are already plenty of phone wallpapers."

Got it, boss! We've updated the Media section on our official website with some avatar images. Hope you like them!

9. "Why have PlayStation players not been able to participate in recent Twitch Drops events?"

Getting Twitch Drops to work on PlayStation requires some necessary steps with PlayStation. Since the most recent Twitch Rivals Drop event had been planned for a long time, we weren’t able to complete those steps in time. We'll do our best to ensure PlayStation is included in the next Twitch Drops event!
