We’ve heard your feedback regarding the Halloween Surprise Egg machine. I'd like to address a few key points I've been seeing!
Holiday-themed rewards:
As mentioned in an earlier post, non-battlepass holiday rewards are designed to return in the future. This is intended and not a recent change! This includes most holiday-themed outfits, and we’ll work on improving our communication around this to avoid confusion.
Max level expansion concerns:
We understand that some players feel the max level expansion is a temporary, band-aid fix. While this feature helps extend progression for some, we recognize the need for more sustainable solutions for similar events. We’ll be discussing this internally and exploring options, such as potentially increasing the drop rate of Surprise Egg tokens in mystery boxes during events like this. Please be patient with us as we take time to discuss and plan a solution.
Unfortunately, changes won’t arrive in time for this event, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused. However, rest assured these items will return in the future, and we’ll use your feedback to improve upcoming events. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us make the game better!
3. "Can you censor swear words?"
We do have a filter for offensive language, but players are often times getting very creative with their expressions. If you encounter this, please report it so we can take action.
While we can’t automatically detect all instances in such cases, our player support team is actively handling reports in real-time, adding new words to the filter, and applying appropriate penalties as needed.
4. "Bring back Cabbage Dog!!"
Since Jiangshi Cabbage Dog's arrival in the store, we’ve noticed a lot of excitement and requests to bring Cabbage Dog back. As we’ve mentioned before, this isn’t a decision we can make without the approval of the original IP holder. We'll see what we can do!
5. "How do you like the idea of 'animal-specific level passes', with content for each animal?"
We really like the idea, but this would require a significant amount of development resources, considering the large number of characters we have and plan to add as time goes on. While we can’t make any promises at this time, we’ll definitely look into it and keep your feedback in mind!
