Surprise Egg 10pk Bug Losing Egg Coins

The last 2-3x I've tried to purchase surprise eggs as the 10pk with some of the recent cash we got for the holidays (thanks!) over the course of a week or more, there's an Unknown error that pops up. The first time this happened I was using 10 coins which were removed but I later received the skins/ equivalent bones. After that, I've just been losing coins but not getting any skins/bones for the repeats. 🙁 I love this game and only use the coins for 1-2 skins I don't have yet with hundreds of dupes. Is anybody else having this frustrating issue?

Could you please confirm if you have already checked the Surprise Egg record?

To address your concern, please kindly follow these steps:

Open the Item Shop.
Select the Surprise Eggs section.
Click on the "counterclockwise arrow" located at the top of the Surprise Eggs section.
It will enable you to review your most recent 30 Surprise Egg Records.
