1. "My recent matches have been more fair / have less AI! Woo!"

We're excited to hear that the changes are working for some of you. It’s a great sign that we’re on the right track with our approach, and we’ll continue to build on this progress.
And by that, I mean we're not done just yet. As we refine the system, there may be some back-and-forth. To minimize potential disruptions or any negative impacts on player experiences, we’re rigorously stress-testing our rules before going live with changes. However, there may still be some occasional hiccups. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve everyone’s experience!
High MMR players will continue to be a focus of our upcoming adjustments. For those who’ve been frequently matched with AI teammates or opponents, we’re prioritizing your experience in our next matchmaking update, aiming for a significant improvement soon.
2. "I couldn't get all the Halloween Surprise Egg Machine outfits because I didn't have enough Surprise Egg tokens. Is there any chance I can get them later?"
I hear everyone's frustration with the Halloween Surprise Egg machine.
As mentioned previously, we're confirming that we'll be expanding the level cap, which will introduce exciting new rewards like new outfits and additional currency rewards, including Surprise Egg tokens (details are subject to change, but the new levels are definitely coming!).
However, we understand that this might not arrive in time for everyone to complete the current event. Rest assured that the items in this limited-time machine will return in the future. No need to rush or stress about completing it during this event; you’ll be able to enjoy these rewards at a later time.
3. "It would be great if you could provide in-game notifications before removing outfits from the store. Not everyone checks social media."

4. "Why are toxic players not being punished? They're ruining my experience in-game."
We take in-game misconduct very seriously and investigate every report thoroughly. As we cannot monitor all player chat in real time (we only step in to review voice and text communications when there is a report), we encourage you to report any inappropriate behavior when you encounter it. Please provide as much detail as you can so we can review and take action promptly.
Please note that the review process may take some time, especially if the report lacks clear evidence or if the violation is not immediately obvious, we may take longer to evaluate.
Depending on the nature of the report, we will take appropriate action. For example, if a player is reported for using an offensive nickname, their nickname will be forcibly changed upon verification. If a player is reported for insult or verbal abuse, we will restrict the offending player's account privileges after confirming the report.
Additionally, we are adjusting our penalty system. Once a violation is confirmed, the player in question will receive a clear warning, informing them of the rule they have violated, the penalty they have incurred, and the potential consequences of repeated violations (penalties will become progressively more severe).
We believe that providing more direct feedback to offending players will help deter misconduct and create a more enjoyable gaming experience for everyone. Your reports are crucial to maintaining a positive gaming environment. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
