Scammed out of 800 nemo bucks

One of my friends gave another friend the gameshare version of the game. I did not know this when they joined our party. I asked them which skin from the store they liked the most and gifted it to them since they were new. But people playing the gameshare version aren't allowed to claim gifts. WHY IS THIS CAPTCHA RESETTING EVERY 30 SECONDS CHANGE THAT ITS SO ANNOYING. Anyways, I submitted feedback in game saying that that SHOULD NOT be allowed to even happen. Scam. I asked for a refund of that purchase and nothing has been done. I submitted another one and then found the forums. I'm a long-term player and will be telling people to not buy this game if this "bug" isnt fixed and I dont get a refund. I hope it is not intentional but I will have to assume so if they do not do anything about it.

I think your friend would get the skin if he bought the game. But your Nemo Bucks might be lost in the void for now :\
