We kindly request the following information: game logs that have recorded the problem and relevant screen recordings.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-09-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
Please go to our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login , and create a ticket with a topic describing the issue, and the time you encounter it (including your time zone). Then attach the zip file to the ticket and click send. If the file is bigger than 50MB, it'll fail to attach, you could zip it and then send it to our support Email: contact@recreate.games, and describe the issue there.
Note: “-log” will degrade the game performance, please remove it after fetching the logs.
