I reported someone called: Atochas11m. Because he was making jokes and references to a terrorism attack that happened on spain on 2004, he always choose an skin of an "arabian tiger" to make it even more "funny". This event is painful for some people and I reported his name before but he never got ban or even got any kind of message about it, I'm pretty sure. I reported him almost a year ago and he's still playing with the same offensive name and behaviour.
