Barbie I have repeatedly sent in tickets showing that I had the game preordered, and simply was trying to upgrade to the Deluxe edition. I have SHOWN that I owned the game prior to launch, and yet your support team has been closing my tickets. Really horrible PR that you can't even correct a simple error like this, when it was your company's fault for not making it obvious that you could upgrade to Deluxe after launch.
What I am asking for is not a difficult request, but the "support" I've been getting so far has made it so.
