We’re probably getting new birds soon anyway, @GrannyMax posted some background characters will be added and some will not, so I assume they might ditch Godzilla or Toucan because Toucan’s head is too big and Copyright issues with Godzilla. So just assuming Penguin will come back and we’ll see another Bulldog.
