Additionally, please try restarting the Steam client or updating to the latest version of the Steam client to see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login , and create a ticket with a topic describing the issue. In the ticket, kindly provide the following details:
- Your in-game ID.
- The game logs that have recorded the problem.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2024-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
