i will make a new thread for it, because i believe that this topic is important. this suggested is aimed to reduce conflicts between players and give one group of players what they need, without upsetting the other

whenever someone makes a suggestion, that does not add new features, but makes changes to what we already have (aside of obvious exploits), we want the developers, instead of changing the game for everyone, make it as an option for custom room. this way we can satisfy people who are unhappy with the game, while still respecting those, who like it as it is

and what's more, we could make switches for things we already lost. there can be a switch to make castleween darker and a switch to remove immunity to being electrocuted by stun gun. the later may be difficult to implement, but it would surely make us happy

Like Igor said. Someone once suggested to make a invisible wall in the Cabin to prevent people to jump onto the Uno-Table.

There were people agreeing with this and people disagreeing. To appeal to both parties he suggested to give you the option to decide what you'd like when creating a lobby.
If you like that feature you could turn it on. If not. You could turn it off.

I think that Is a good Idea. I always enjoy a little bit customization. 🙂 But for the Uno example you could also make players half transparent If they jump on the table if you don't want to restrict the area with a invisible wall.

Einsamer_Keks that's a good idea. Maybe it can be so that people playing average winter cabin can go on the table, but people playing paws don't see them. Heck, they could make it so people playing paws don't see anyone else at all (except for other people playing paws)

i will repeat here what i said in my racing thread. an important option for kart racing is creating speed classes. experienced players like it as fast as possible, while people, who play racing games less, want it slower. this way we can satisfy everyone

Okay I've got an idea which I can guarantee everyone will agree with (hopefully)
Make combo skills cough cheating cough into a custom game switch. It keeps most cheaters out of quick matches because they love flinging and means we as a community don't have to suffer it constantly.

Cartrimino they dont play custom and they only use fling because it helps them winning. those people are obsessed with winning, not having a good time. this would be difficult to implement and they would still throw a tantrum. and now we know that their tantrums really scare the officials

Cartrimino we already play custom without flinging. like i said, none of my friends do that. it's people in quick match, who have to suffer. not everyone can host their lobby
