the graphisms dont appear

When im in the office and in the skin page the animals dont appear,in the tutorial the graphisms are not visible.in the settings,the fsr and dlss options are disabled and im asking how to activate fsr 2,dlss .

Regarding the issue of AMD FSR 2 being disabled, could you please let me know what version of the operating system your computer is running?
You can find this information by right-clicking the Start menu, and selecting "Windows Specifications" under "System" (e.g., Windows 11, Version 22H2.

And to enable the DLSS setting in the game, please ensure that your graphics card supports DLSS.
