You can click the ''Unlink'' button in step 2 to unlink the account on our event page [https://partyanimals.com/twitch-drops].
Please note the following two points:
- Once linked, you will not be able to unlink your accounts for a period of 14 days. (If your account is a newly linked account, it'll take 14 days before it can be unlinked)
- If the reward has already been claimed, it cannot be claimed by other accounts after they are linked.
If Step 2 indicates that ''your Steam/Xbox account is already linked to another Twitch account'', please locate the corresponding Twitch account.
We cannot unlink your Twitch account based on the Steam/Xbox account you provided.
If you can log in to the corresponding Twitch account, click the "Unlink" button in Step 2 to unlink it.
