Angel_mmo yes, they are not any worse because they started playing later. all those skins are stored in everyone's game files who bought this game and everyone should be able to unlock them in game. they are not there for you to just witness other people having them. the blogger cat is in everyone's game files who updated their game. you should not wait for a random person on the internet to start streaming to have a chance of unlocking a skin. all skins should be in item shop rotation. the exception can be made for holiday skins, but they should still come back with yearly rotation.

there will be a lot more new players in the future and there should already be new players who bought this game after watching summer game fest trailer. they will all not be happy that there are skins, that they can witness, but not buy themselves
