the new red slowdown carpet makes no sense. Nemo Theatre was already a slower path, i dont understand why make it even slower. you can skip the first red carpet and your time will be close to taking the right path, but most of the time the right path is still faster, it also gives you items and have two additional shortcuts. there is no need to have red carpets inside Nemo Theatre. this kind of slowdown method feels artificial and unnatural. it's fine grass and barriers slow you down, but i didnt see any games put a red road that straight up slows you down
from slowest to fastest, left- riding through both carpets, middle - skipping the first carpet, right - driving through the right path
it's strongly recommended to remove the red slowdown carpet, not only in Nemo Theatre but for the new shortcut as well. it is an interesting idea to have a shortcut you can pass through using items to destroy barriers, but the red carpet slows you down so much, there is no point to go through with a projectile weapon. it only saves you time is if you drive through it with speed up items, but the shortcut cuts very little of the track, so it doesnt help you much. i suggest to remove the red carpet, so you can pass through this shortcut with projectile weapons. for future i suggest making such shortcuts cut more of the track, so you feel rewarded for using items to unlock the path
the next shortcut was made unnecessary risky. it cuts very little of the track, but i dont think you can learn to drive through it without crashing consistently
simple shortcuts like this dont need to be so difficult to drive through. you can make long shortcuts, that cut huge parts of the track and still make them easy to drive through. that's how they do it in other games. players learn to drive through these shortcuts every time and it becomes the main path of the track. it's strongly recommended to remove these beams

the last new shortcut is simple and good. it organically connects with the following shortcut. this was well made
the new boost pads in Formula Wild track feel out of place. it feels weird that you have to drive through the grass and slow down before the boost pad accelerates you. as a result those boost pads dont make much difference. you can see in this video i've got exactly the same time when using and avoiding boost pads
i recommend connecting those two boost pads with cement road to a track, so you dont slow yourself down by driving on grass. i also recommend to make them give you greater speed boost

lastly i want to mention this original shortcut. it's again is a very simple shortcut that cuts very little of the track. there is no need to make it more difficult by separating it in two paths inside of it. it looks unnatural and feels like the track designer didnt have better ideas of how to add difficulty to it
i recommend removing this obstacle

the new rolling boulders in Snowville track are interesting, but look a little strange visually. maybe it will look better if you make them white and smaller in size.
if before the ranked mode you will be concerned about balance between karts, i will repeat that it's never fun to make something weaker, but it's always fun to make something stronger. so instead of making one kart slower, it's better to make all other karts faster. the faster, the better. i want even faster karts
