Golden Knight Nemo skin won but didn't appear in the locker.

Good afternoon, night or day, I was opening eggs for skins and I got Golden Knight Nemo and Viking Max. Then, when I went to the Locker and the Golden Knight Nemo skin didn't appear me. Is anything you can do for me in order to fix this error and give me the Golden Knight Nemo skin that I won?

Please follow these steps to review your Surprise Egg Records:

Open the Item Shop.
Select the Surprise Eggs section.
Click on the "counterclockwise arrow" located at the top of the Surprise Eggs section.

If you have indeed obtained these two outfits but cannot find them in your Locker, please visit our website at https://support.partyanimals.com/login and provide a screenshot of your Surprise Egg Records and your Locker.
