I bought the game my time time at sandrock but there is no code there!

I bought the game in vain, I wasted my money the game was bought from the Xbox store on June 2nd there is no code in my menu this version is 1.3.0 0 in the main menu there are no icons at all except for the privacy license agreement I am very disappointed the game costs 30 bucks for a skin in the party animals game this is too much a lot, but I supported the authors, I bought it, but I don’t have anything, I want to get my skin.

Due to the strict review process on console platforms, the Party Animals and Pensky skins will only be available on the Sandrock PC version.
Please send us an email at support@recreate.games including a screenshot of your purchase history for Sandrock, the order number, purchase time, and your timezone(purchase has to be after our post of the collab announcement). We will get you your redemption code for Pensky.
