EVERYTIME the map Ice Breaker gets chosen when it appears on quick match or smash, My fps disappear and the pings appears which makes it littery INPLAYABLE that caused me to quit early. EVEN THE ICE FLOOR AREN'T MOVING AND SOMETIMES I GET KILLED BY INVISIBLE WEAPONS.PLS FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW WE'VE BEEN ASKING THIS MONTHS AND IT NEVER IT GOT FIXED, I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, NOBODY WANTS TO PLAY LIKE THAT, IT'S UNFAIR.

The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
Your in-game ID.
The game logs that have recorded the problem.

Please follow the steps below to get the log:

Quit game.
Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-09-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.

We'll investigate it asap once we receive your ticket.

Hey there,

Please follow the steps below to fix it:

Open “Geforce Experience”
On the main page, click the “DRIVERS” tab. The program will automatically detect the latest version. If you already have the latest version, click on "Reinstall driver”
Click on “Download”
Once the download is completed, select the "Custom Installation” button
In the pop-up window, check the box for "Perform a clean installation”, then click the "Install" button
Click on “Close” after the installation

Besides, if the issue persists, please try to verify the Integrity of the Game Files.
-Please right-click Party Animals in the Steam library and open ''Properties''.
-Then click ''Verify the file integrity'' in ''Files installed'' and wait for it to finish.
-It will work after verifying.
