use the same flame effect we have when we touch campfire. just imagining this in my head without being able to test it, i'd say Lv.1 should be 4 ko before death and Lv.2 - 3. this can be helpful in those situations when you can knock out, but struggle to throw out enemy. though if you purposely trying to kill by flame, it may play against you if your opponent knocks you out first. you shouldn't be able to grab someone in flames as some rude people will grab you from behind and headbutt you to death
this will benefit green bow on certain maps, though you have unlimited HP on conveyor and black hole maps so an exception for damage by flame is needed. this will also make tennis racket, frying pan and bat more dangerous.
use the same effect you get from drinking "milk" minus stamina. you get higher chance with Lv.2. this may be limited to heavy punches only though it can help people who are not good at using weapons, like green bow
disables team damage. imagining this in my head i see it as useful. again i need to test it to really understand it
if we come up with ideas for perks we should think of something that can be used on any map. if a perk is only useful on certain maps or against certain weapons, we will not want to pick it. so after thinking about it i dont think we need immunity to electricity and ice. lastly i think we should come up with something more fun than just increasing power of certain things, because that's what developers probably already thought about
