we have a thread for animal suggestions and skins suggestions, but here's a thread for ip collab ideas. i dont call it suggestions because unlike skins and animals that's something we cant ask the developers for as partnering with other companies is more difficult than coming up with your own skins and animals
as i said before if we think of collabs we need to think of games that have animals or creatures. if the game doesnt have creatures then they can add a skin to existing animals like we see with Gordon Freeman skin for Nemo. and since Recreate Games is not a big company it's easier them to collab with smaller companies, though collabs with bigger companies are possible as we saw them collab with Half Life
Recreate Games are already partnering with Microsoft, we can think of other Microsoft games they can collab with. Microsoft is not just Halo and Gears of War, they own other companies like Rare, and Rare does have quite a few games with animals in it. the best one is obviously Conker, newer generations may not know him but this character is cool. then they have Battletoads which is also creatures. sadly Donkey Kong was lost to Nintendo so they dont have rights on it. luckily they still have Banjo and Kazooie. there's a lot to choose from
from Activision Blizzard you have characters like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro
if it happens that Party Animals comes out to Playstation and Nintendo we could think of characters of their ip's.
Sony has characters like Ratchet, Sly Cooper and a cat named Toro
collabs with Nintendo are impossible, though, as i said, i'd pay any money for playable Tom Nook and Blathers
collabs with Sega are easier. aside of Sonic i can only think of monkeys from Monkey Ball
Namco has Klonoa
and that's me all talking about animals and creatures. there's a lot of skins that could be made by collaborations with other games. we just need to think what would be interesting. please post your ideas in this thread
