Regarding the "game lag" issue you reported, may I ask which system version are you using？
You can right-click the Start menu and confirm the version (e.g., 22H2 version) in "Windows Specifications" under "System".
Recently, we have received feedback from some players regarding this issue when using Windows 11 (24H2 version).
Some players have resolved this issue by rolling back to a non-24H2 version through methods such as reverting to the previous version using the rollback feature (Settings > System > Recovery > Recovery options) or reinstalling the system.
If you're using 24H2, please have a try.
In case of persisting issues, for us to better identify the issue, we kindly request the following information: game logs that have recorded the problem, relevant screen recordings, and a screenshot of the Ping Test.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-09-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
To locate the issue, we need to have more info on your internet connection status. Please run a Ping Test on your computer and send the screenshot of the results to us:
- Open the Command Prompt.
- Type the command line without quotes ''ping -t google.com'' in the black box and hit enter.
- Take a screenshot of the ping results displayed (more than 30 rows) and send it to us.
