If the drops have already been claimed and accepted in the game, they can't be claimed again.
If you claimed the drops after they expired, you can't accept them in the game. (You can find the expiration time of the relevant drops in the DROPS CALENDAR on our event page)
In case of persisting issues, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login, create a ticket with a topic describing the issue, tell us which rewards you want to claim, provide your in-game ID, screenshots of the Twitch inventory page and our event page[https://partyanimals.com/twitch-drops].
You can follow the steps below to find your in-game ID:
open the game; click on your profile picture located in the bottom right corner; click your ID to find it
