Why I can't have a refund if I bought Apple Harry to early

and how are we suppose to get the other valentine's outfits, should we ask our friends ingame to give us the outfits
because there is no purchase button for these outfits

I understand the idea, but it is not executed well... My friends do not play this game, and I want these skins for myself. Also, the free custom with the apple(?!) it's an awful free gift…
The only cute thing was the arrow weapon with roses and hearts.
