Drops from twitch

2days ago I spent time watching Steamers play party animals for over 10 hours to get the T-pain and Chinese New Year skin via Twitch and I already claimed the rewards, however, in-game I still not receive the rewards yet and tried to contact Twitch support and they say I should ask party animals support team about the issue.
hope you guys help me please

Did you go here and click the "activate" button after unlocking them on Twitch?

I can't see the drops progress in inventory. I watch Brew and nothing happend . Yes it is activated
