Tiny_Fox I absolutely agree with all your points. I've noticed Pensky in particular is the one who gets targeted the most in my experience.
One of your points that I would entertain modifying is how to make up to the goodwill of Playstation players missing out without compromising original players. I think perhaps releasing old skins but maybe changing the coloring could be an option, or just add something very miniscule like a small tag or something. Another route could be just coming out with entirely new skins exclusive to Playstation players that we can't get. Or even re-release the events on just Playstation only. It's only fair. Another option could be to make a new limited time currency for Playstation players to redeem for cosmetics in the future, free of charge.
This mess that has been created is one of the reasons why I'm not in support of console exclusivity games.
