the codes are random, you never know what item you will get. tmall doesnt ship worldwide, so you will need to use delivery services.
alternatively, if you have friends from china, who bought these cards, you can ask them to share codes with you (codes can be redeemed twice). or you can ask strangers, but then you will need to give them something in return
i recommend to not bother with those skins. too much trouble just for color variation
