in livestream you will see an icon in top left corner that you should press to get the reward. it didnt ask me to watch for an hour, just comment with hashtag. after commenting press this icon again and you'll get code

    Igor I use a PC for my social media like Instagram , TikTok ......... I can't get the TikTok skin because I'm an old fart that refuses to own a cellphone device. Would you know of a way to get the skin on PC?

                vile_Terrier I believe you have to be 18 yrs old or have seen 18 yrs old on TikTok to even do it. First, I press the share button, and on the bottom right says "Game rewards." Press it and press the TikTok snow which will give you a prompt to send a message. The message I sent was "#GameRewards Happy New Year." After you should go back to game rewards and claim the skin code

                  I was still unable to get tik-tok drops(( "not available in your region". VPN did not help((
