Igor the streamer has 4 spots in his team. why is he only playing with one friend? why not add everyone who sent him friend request and host custom?

Brotatochipsz So I am still having an issue with the drops. I sat there and activated it a few times on the page it says and went to watch a stream and it still only says like 1% complete and has not moved at all. I had the stream up for a while and for some reason nothing seems to be moving at all in the progression what so ever.
