hey guys i got soem great news, so for a while now i have been alergic to cat, and i LOOOVE cats, today i decided for the 1st time in years to try to pet one to do exposure and see if i was still alergic, i stuck my finger through a cagea t a pet shop, it was a clico cat, and it nuzzled me sooo much, but the good news is 2 hours later no flareing, no itchy throat, it worked, THE EXPOSURE THERAPY IS WORKING
