there is a simple solution for everyone complaining about random teammates: just find yourself some friends. it's easier to do it in this game, than in any other game. click add button and say hi

I have about 80 friends in the game, but most the time 0 to 2 are online when I want to play, including those who are idle or already in a game. It took me three days to get a friend to join my team when I was trying to do a weekly achievement with a party.

I do not complain about random teammates, I complain about the AI, which is pretty useless. At the very least they should increase the AI skill level, because now it looks like a two-year-old is attempting to control it, only to bunny hop off the map having contributed nothing.

Another suggestion would be to allow players queue for specific maps, or create a favourites list which could 'weight' the map selection options. People who love all the maps can still choose to queue for all.

ComedicDuck i'm the only person who loves every map. everyone else will exclude maps and it will make finding match harder

they are constantly teaching the AI, but it will not likely get much smarter. the only thing it can do is jump kick with 100% accuracy

get 200 friends and you will never be alone. add some people from this forum

ComedicDuck I like the Idea of queueing for certain maps, this would help tremendously with getting achievements. As for avoiding maps this could also definitely work but if I had to pick a feature they would add I'd definitely pick specific map queueing.

Igor you probably are one of the very few who loves all the maps. Every other game players leave just after a map is selected. Then the ones who left are banned for 2 minutes and the ones who stayed are "enjoying" playing with AI. This is hardly an optimal scenario. I am sure the map selection mechanics can be improved for more people to have a better time playing this game.

I certainly dislike some of the maps myself, although I will still play them and never quit on teammates and other players. However, I definitely would not call Conveyor Belt or Castleween perfect, @Igor. Those are two maps I dislike intensely, and I die a little inside each time they win voting.

I wonder, if you voted for a map and it wasn't chosen, would the possibility of your next vote carrying more "weight" be a suitable compromise? This might allow a better chance of you playing a map you like during the next match. I'm not sure how workable it would be, as you often end up playing against different players in subsequent matches, but it might be worth thinking about.

I also agree with the proposal.
There are also a few maps that I don’t like to play.
Sometimes I just want to play short-term points maps (candy, train, football), but I am forced to play long-term maps that I don’t like.
(black holes, where a single round takes a long time, and often Play maps with more than 5 rounds)
