Dodo bird would be cool.
I think Chameleon would be an interesting reptile to add.
If we have to add a dog and cat, let's get a sphinx cat, and a pug. They're dramatically different from their current peers.
A frog would be neat, as the first amphibian.

An Opossum would be great
And either a spider monkey or a baboon.
