TinyTeaCup that's how they do things on this forum. it's no use to ban anyone. everyone can always create a new account. if it's IP ban, they can use VPN. if they made you sign in with phone number, you can always use another number. even if somehow you could be HWID banned, you can still use another device. it's impossible to get rid of someone in an open forum completely and the officials know that. they used to ban this one guy on chinese forum, but he kept creating new accounts, so they decided to accept him. but they still watch him

in an open forum we must accept that there will always be people bothering us. you just need to not take them seriously to not stress out too much. if those people do crime, they will be caught someday anyway. we dont need to do anything ourselves. but of course, if someone bothers you online, you living in america can always call police and ask if they can help you.
