Igor The Xbox 360 had a keyboard that plugged into the controller and you could use text. But it doesn't seem to be compatible with the new controllers on their new consoles. Since I mostly played single player games I haven't figured out how to connect a microphone or keyboard to the Xbox.

vile_Terrier doesnt xbox come with microphone? i only used microphone with xbox 360 because it came with a microphone and it felt like something new. but PS4 came with disgusting small ear drop microphone and i never tried using it, because ear drop headphones fall out of my ears. generally i already stopped using microphone to talk to people online by then, i can only voice chat with people im close with. but talking to strangers feels like picking up phone from unknown number, you dont do that
