i was surprised to see so many VR games on today's playstation showcase, it seems VR should already be dead, but they keep making more games. who will play those games? i only had one friend with VR headset and he was giving it to our mutual friend, because he couldn't afford it.
what killed VR is it's price. it should cost 10 times less for how little you will use it. meanwhile Granny Max talks that the technology should be massively improved, which will only increase the price. and how much did VR improve in last decade?
it could just be that there wont be any of those steps and the next step will be straight up connecting to matrix. a step could be made in lowering the price a lot, this could prolong lifespan on VR, otherwise it's dead
and also why did nintendo put motion controls in their upcoming mario party game? i thought this meme should already be dead too. i have zero fun standing swinging my hands. i like switch sports, but motion controls only made the game worse for me
