Cheesypoofs IP address is not GPS location, but it does give you precise enough information, that people dont want others to know. knowing an exact city can already be harmful to people. so dont try to be smart here. the main thing here is you posting IP addresses, be it real or not, you still show us that you are criminal. and if sharing IP addresses really doesnt hurt anyone, then it would make no sense for you to post it. and just so you know, IP address is not just about your location, you can hurt people knowing their IP address on the internet too
