Game crashses and hangs when selecting locker on Xbox

My Xbox is laggy sometimes but for some reason I opened the locker with no new skins and closed it and I was fine. But I'll try it again soon when I have time and see if it crashes

mine has been freezing during the transition between the main menu and the Locker and won’t let me press anything, will only let me close the game from the Xbox menu

I've noticed this today. Never had this problem before I got the Orange/Pink Nemo skins. You guys claimed to have this problem days ago. I've only had it happen starting today. Oof. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

The locker keeps freeze for me since I had received Twitch-drop Nemo skin... This started for me today. I tried everything to fix the game (even reinstallation), but nothing has changed. I guess there is a pop-up message (about the skin or something) when I want to open locker and this cause this issue. Dunno.

The issue occurs even on Cloud gaming, not only at the Series S console.

C:\Users\XXX(UserName)\AppData\LocalLow\RecreateGames\PartyAnimals
Find a file named ""Player.log"".

If there is a folder named ""Crashes"". Please zip them all and attach the zip file to the ticket and click send.

My husband and I both have this problem as well. We are on Xbox. We both got the drop rewards from twitch, claimed successfully, But if we attempt to go into the locker the screen gets all bugged out and we can't play the game. It doesn't show anywhere that we received the rewards but the linked twitch account confirms that all the rewards were claimed successfully. :/

This happened to me after redeeming the Nitro Discord skin, anytime I try to enter the locker the game freezes and only let me exit the game via xbox dashboard menu

ExodiaRM yes! That's what my Xbox looks like too. I have to force close the game because I can't do anything after trying to simply go into Locker.

ExodiaRM That exactly heppens to me as well and I have to force close the game. I am playing on the Xbox Series X as well.

wisteareia I did something to prevent this, go play a round and change your character and skin in the character selection, for the redeemed skin, when the round is already complete, get back to the locker, this time the game will not freeze
