Don't worry, they read the messages, but they don't pay any attention to them.
Their real goal is to develop the game, not to add suggestions. For example, if you mention a feature on the map, they will take it into account. Or any other topic you announced, such as filming or anything else. But if it is a topic that is unusual, like adding interesting animals or a language, they do not care. Even though they know it, they lie. Yes, they do not want players to leave the game, so they say they read the messages, but they do not say they will help. They publish a topic in the game management section, while game management is not their job. Because their goal is to suggest filming or maps or any other topic related to the game. Anything else does not matter to them. This is a lie, and this is the truth.

Hi Arabian , I’ve seen many threads where you’ve requested that the development team add Arabic.
They still haven’t added it. Could it be that adding Arabic is technically difficult or very cumbersome? (I’m not a technical expert, but I noticed that Arabic’s text direction is opposite to other languages.) Adding a new language isn’t as simple as creating a folder; there are many factors to consider, such as adapting all the code and game modes, and ensuring no new bugs appear in different modes. The game has been live for two years, and basically no new languages have been added, not just Arabic.

Recreate is a small team. Players request new maps, modes, characters, and skins every day, and they also have to fix a bunch of bugs, which already stretches them extremely thin. Whenever they release new content, some players complain or criticize certain aspects, claiming the team doesn’t care about the community…

You can’t expect any game to add every piece of content you want immediately, that’s unrealistic. As the moderator @Barbie has said, the most they can do is document and forward feedback; they can’t make these decisions themselves.

Recreate and the moderators are already doing a great job!

StarPatrick I've also mentioned this to him. But the moderators do actually very lazily on this forum. I've seen a post not too long ago asking why someone was banned. The moderators danced around the question instead of answering it, though.

Arabic is not supported in the game at all. Chat messages in Arabic don’t appear, so Arab players can only communicate by voice. Text in Arabic is completely missing anywhere in the game.

Some may say Arabic is difficult because it’s right-to-left, but this is no longer a valid excuse. Many companies have added Arabic successfully, and some even use AI to make translation easy.

We have suggested adding Arabic, Middle East servers, and even new animals, but we get no real response—only generic replies. If this was truly important, it would have been fixed a long time ago.

Many Arab players struggle because they don’t speak English and cannot properly communicate, while others play only with friends or foreigners, facing language barriers. Some play for fun, others need Arabic to complete tasks and progress—but it seems the game only cares about its own priorities.

But earlier you told me that I make too many threads—do you understand now? The truth is, they are afraid of losing players, so they use words like “we care” or “we read your feedback,” but they never say “we will fix the problem and respond as soon as possible.”

Player names must be proper and respectful. Players using inappropriate or offensive language must be banned. Topics like maps or photography and best visuals are important, everything else is not. Their responses to anything else are just generic.

Cartrimino I also read that thread, and I remember the player's name was "fartdad." This could potentially offend some players, especially considering that PA has a lot of kids, and the moderation would be stricter.
Many game companies don’t disclose specific details about violating players, they only mention which terms of the User Agreement were violated. This is to protect individual privacy. Even if a player themselves mentions an inappropriate username or message, they won’t provide further explanation. I believe the @Barbie‘s response was good.

Arabian "suggestion" and "violations" are two different concepts, and you've mixed them up. As @Barbie mentioned, moderators cannot make decisions on behalf of the development team. I've spent 3200 hours in PA, and I often see them reply to players with “Our team will fix it ASAP” when a bug has been confirmed by the tech team.

Arabian Player names must be proper and respectful. Players using inappropriate or offensive language must be banned.

This is a basic rule that all players/users must follow on any game or platform. It's also an important method for the official team to maintain a healthy gaming environment, not just in PA

Man, I’m Arab and I understand everything. I know that a moderator sends issues like adding the Arabic language to the official team. But do you know that the official team—I saw them on Discord—talks to the members like they’re just friends and they don’t even look at the reports? One day I sent a request about adding the Arabic language in the chat, and they reacted with a side-eye emoji as if asking what this is. I kept repeating the message throughout the whole chat, and even though there were Arabs from Egypt there, they still talked to them in English. Then a moderator replied asking what I wanted and why I was causing trouble. I explained the language issue and described the problem in the chat, and they told me to put it in the reports and not send anything in the chat, just talk. In short, the game’s team doesn’t care and they talk to the members like they’re just friends.

Maybe I'm not as sensitive as I should be. But do we really think someone is going to be offended by fart dad?

Arabian I noticed that you mentioned this was in the chat, not the reports. Of course they're going to talk like they're just friends in the chat. After all, it's just the chat, like the off-topic thread on here. If you want to ask for a feature, talk to the developers directly on discord about it through DMs or something.

Discord moderators don’t seem to be members of the dev team; they are mainly responsible for maintaining order in the channels. Only those with the “Recreate Games” tag, such as Otto, Bacon, and PA Support, are actual members of the dev team.

Are the new content they add with each update just pulled out of thin air? Maybe, there’s no need for them to specifically create a feedback section to collect ideas, right?

Arabian PA's Discord has been running for many years, and the feedback section has always been the same. I previously asked the Discord community manager, Otta, and she told me that they have staff specifically responsible for regularly summarizing all the content in the feedback section, and they meet with the dev team and producer to discuss it.

But after a while—about a month—I discussed the topic with a friend, and I said that they don’t care about the idea and don’t pay attention to it. One of the moderators replied and asked what the problem was. I explained the reason. Do you know what he told me? “Submit your suggestion in the forum.” And now the forum says, “Submit your suggestion through email, by sending a message to the website.” Do you understand? Yes, everyone keeps sending you somewhere else, and no one actually solves your problem. That’s why players try to send messages to each other and discuss things among themselves, meaning players chatting in the forum instead of actually taking players’ feedback.

Maybe they told you something, but where are the players’ suggestions or topics? Their focus now is on maps, tinkering, and images. But what about translating the game? You don’t know anything. When you type in the chat in Arabic, it doesn’t show. How do you expect me to communicate with Arab players? An Arabic player talked to me in the game, and when I tried to send him a message, it showed as squares because there are no Arabic characters. He told me there’s nothing you can do, just use voice chat. But not all of us are able to talk using voice. Personally, I don’t like revealing my voice, and some players don’t even have a microphone. They really don’t care.

Do you see where the Arabic letters are?
I actually told them about the Arabic language issue, and they only replied with ‘Thank you.’
A month later, I suggested adding artificial intelligence and translating the game into Arabic, but it was the same thing again… silence and then just ‘Thank you.’

So tell me this:
If they are interested in developing new maps, how long does that take?
And what about the players?
And why don’t they focus on supporting Arabic players, like correctly adding Arabic letters before anything else?
There are so many maps, and they can always add more later, but supporting Arabic text and improving the AI is more important for us.

Arabian You can check the Discord feedback section. Every update, there are always lots of people complaining about why there hasn’t been any new Last Stand map or mode for so long.

Game companies also need to make money, and you probably understand that if something requires a large amount of manpower, resources, and funding, they would expect the return to be greater than the investment. Recreate is a small team, and the manpower and budget they currently have might only be enough to support their existing update plans.

I love this game and I truly hope PA can continue running for a long time and gradually expand their team. Then they’ll be able to do more when they have more staff.
