Network connection error in the chat

Is "Network connection error" bug in PA chat ever gonna get fixed?
Nothing worse than typing a long sentence on console, sending it and then getting"!" "Network connection error" ...
This also happens to people I play with.
Chat in PA is super annoying in general. Can't continue typing when game screen changes.
