Para informar de problemas a través de la consola Xbox, tendrás que descargar la aplicación gratuita Informar un problema de Xbox. Para hacerlo:

Presiona el botón Xbox  para abrir la guía y luego selecciona Store.
Selecciona Búsqueda y luego ingresa Informar un problema de Xbox en el cuadro de búsqueda.
Elige la aplicación de los resultados de la búsqueda y selecciona Descargar.
Sigue las instrucciones de la sección "Informar un problema nuevo" para enviar tu informe.

To report issues via your Xbox console, you'll need to download the free Report a Problem app. To do this:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then select Store.
Select Search, then enter Report a Problem in the search box.
Select the app from the search results and select Download.
Follow the instructions in the "Report a New Problem" section to submit your report.

Ok, eso no funciono y al final tuve que ver a un agente virtual que esta en la pagina de microsoft, el cual tampoco senti que ayudara mucho.

Ok, that didn't work and I ended up having to go to a virtual agent on Microsoft's website, which I didn't feel was very helpful either.

Nothing we can do about it but wait ...
Recreate should at least give us an estimated date but it seems like they don't care.

Limto for some reason they never put a date on anything. All it does is make it harder for all of us.

Carrot it's been over a week, did they mention any date on their Chinese sites/socials? Will we miss out on skins?
