Resource Update Failed (Error Code 10052)

I’ve been playing Party Animals for over 500 hours without any issues, but recently I started getting a “Resource Update Failed (Error Code 10052)” error whenever I launch the game.

This issue started before I reinstalled the game — I tried reinstalling hoping it would fix it, but the error still appears.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

My internet connection is stable.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Restarted PC and router.

Despite these steps, I still can’t get past the update screen. The game was working perfectly fine earlier with the same setup.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

All platforms should be rolled back.

It is necessary that all platforms be downgraded until the developers resolve the update issues.

This is respectful, fair, and necessary.

It would be a temporary solution so we can play again. Once the issue is resolved, all platforms would receive the same update equally.
