Barbie I've tried multiple times the "Retry" button at different times and on a different network.. doesn't work.

Barbie By the way, it seems only EU players are affected. US players can access the game no problem on Xbox, so it's probably server related, nothing we can do on our side.

SynSvn I have no problem with the update and I'm in the EU on Series S.
The autumn cabin isn't running the smoothest tho. Even PC players complained in the lobbies I was in.

Did u actually download the update manually? Have u tried reinstalling the game?

HabaBaba Yeah I'm not sure either, but I've only seen people from West EU being affected thus far, this could be a lead for the devs. But I just updated my game normally, like any game, reinstalled once after updating because of the issue and it's still not playable.

Bonjour je rencontre le même problème à présent impossible de jouer au jeu sur Xbox SX.
Tout allait très bien et depuis que j'ai fait la MAJ 1.13.4.0 du le jeu ne passe plus l'écran de départ !!

Ma fille repart dans 2 jours chez sa maman elle est très déçue, le jeu ne fonctionne pas 🙁

Pues finalmente se actualizo, aunque haya sido de manera manual; ya ni quiero saber si eso se podía hacer desde un principio o no y solo me interesa saber si en un futuro estarán disponibles de nuevo las skins que no conseguimos la semana pasada, como ha sucedido con skins anteriores.

Same here on Xbox series X. I tried to delete the game and download it again, but the download doesn’t even start. I play through the Game Pass subscription. By any chance, did the game leave the Game Pass and now needs to be purchased?
