Falos1209 I personally have not witnessed him break any Party Animals Community Guidelines as of recent. Just more so gets on people's nerves. He is not to the extent of someone else who is no longer around and likely banned. But I do understand your frustration.
Given that he hasn't attacked anyone like some claim he has in the past, pushing for a ban will only be declined and will dive us further into division within this community. Our best bet is to 1. ignore him, 2. mentor him to be better, or 3. you could bait him and report him when he reacts inappropriately.
