También tengo el mismo error, el error se dio desde la última actualización qué tuvo el juego.
Lo que intente para poder solucionar el error es lo siguiente:
Ya desintale el juego.
Ya reinicie la consola a modo fabrica.
Aun así se mantiene el error.
Subo un video para mostrar el error.
