Fix PS5 local Multiplayer

Make it possible to play PS5 local split screen without everybody needing accounts.

Hey there,

Quick Match and Custom Mode support up to four players in local split-screen. However, due to PlayStation platform requirements, each player must have their own PSN account and an active PSN membership to participate.

In contrast, Local Game Mode does not require a PSN account or membership. You can jump straight into the game with up to two players in split-screen.

What requirements are these? - There are hundreds of other games that can do 4 player local split screen without players needing accounts.
