bontego Like @Cartrimino said, yes, you could. The only thing about cross-play between PC and PS5 is that you can’t gift skins to your brother or nephew, neither can they gift skins to you. Cross-gifting doesn’t exist, at least not yet. But they should add it at one point, at least for next year’s Valentine’s Day.
